Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic and physically demanding style of yoga that synchronizes breath with a continuous series of flowing postures. It follows a predefined sequence of poses, typically practiced in a vigorous and structured manner. Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga focuses on building strength, flexibility, and stamina while promoting mental focus and inner awareness.
Single Session Yoga Classes
We welcome all ages and all conditions / levels to our Yoga classes. Our weekly schedule classes is composed of a mix of Yoga disciplines mentioned above. The evening yoga classes include a 20-30-minute guided meditation practice.
