Yoga, Meditation and Reiki

Start your day with a gentle yoga and meditation class leaving you super calm and relaxed before going onto your Reiki treatment. Typical Reiki treatments take about 60 - 90 minutes including feedback. Using non-invasive methods such as a light touch or simple intention and concentration, a certified Reiki practitioner helps direct the flow of energy with a client’s body. For example, the Reiki practitioner may also hold his or her hand positions around the body for two to five minutes to ensure that no parts of the body are neglected during the Reiki treatment

 

Sound Bowl Healing

Sound Bowl Healing can be traced back to ancient civilizations from all over the world including India, Africa, Europe, and various parts of Asia.  Each culture found unique approaches to sound healing appropriate to them, to their region and their beliefs. Bells, chimes, bowls, gongs, drums and vocal toning are only a few of the sound healing techniques that have been employed throughout the centuries. Modern healers now draw from a wide variety of techniques to assist their clients, but the theory of the practice remains largely the same.

 

Ear Candling

Ear Candling Treatment: Ear candling has been used by ancient peoples of many traditions. Although ear candling can be effective for drawing out impurities and relieving pressure in the head and sinuses, its original purpose was to balance the energies of the body and to cleanse the spirit. Today, as in ancient times, ear candles are typically made with beeswax, honey and therapeutic herbs and oils.
